My seminar topics have included: "Taming the Opposition Expert", Recent Developments, Premises Liability, Mediation Techniques, and many others.
I am actively involved in legislative efforts at both the state and federal level.
On the personal side, I'm married to another lawyer and we have two girls (18 and 16) and a boy (14).  My oldest daughter is entering Georgetown University (Washington D.C.) in the fall of 2005. My two younger kids attend a public high school, as I did.
